Josh Frydenberg, a former treasurer, has joined Goldman Sachs as senior regional adviser for the Asia Pacific area.

Preston 21 July,2022(AE) Josh Frydenberg, a former treasurer, has been named an adviser to the investment bank Goldman Sachs. This is his first job since losing the prestigious Kooyong seat in the most recent federal election.
Goldman Sachs Asia Pacific President Kevin Sneader stated that Mr. Frydenberg will provide “extensive expertise, connectivity, and insight from the public and private sectors.”

He asserted that “his deep comprehension of geopolitical and economic concerns would be of great use to our clients throughout the region and beyond.”

Simon Rothery, the bank’s Australian chief executive, stated: “Josh’s ideas and knowledge, earned from an exceptional career that includes experience and viewpoints across a range of sectors, will substantially benefit our Australian clients.”
