In the process they share their industry experiences, provide systematic advice to get enlisted in the job market in Australia along with a comprehensive strategy to crack the interview. - What inspired you to develop Job Adda Australia?
Mr Sanju : Job Adda was created out of empathy. We are a group of techies who have been in the industry for 8 years now. When we started our career we had to face a lot of hurdles in the process of getting hired. Gradually as we gained experience in the industry and looked back to our initial days of struggle we agreed on what we missed and how we can change the situation for budding IT aspirants. We as a team wanted to do something for the student community, and what’s better than to share knowledge and help somebody in achieving career goals faster. The thought sparked the idea of building a platform which has developed in the form of Job Adda Australia in November 2021.
2. What are the services offered on Job Adda Australia?
Mr Sanju : Firstly we work on Job Seeker Essentials i.e, we are here helping job seekers to build their resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles. We do one on One Sessions & Workshops where we provide one on one sessions & workshops to job seekers in understanding the real-time scenarios. We also conduct Mock Interview Sessions with industry experts to overcome Interview fears.
Actually we have candidates from all industries, there are even truck drivers, bakery shop workers who want to enhance their career and be a part of the IT industry. We talk to them, recognise their career goals, recommend them certification courses and then conduct mock interviews to give them an idea of real time scenarios.
3. Are the job seekers happy with your services?
Mr Sanju : Well we are always available for job seekers. We have reviewed hundreds of resumes and cover letters and always remain proactive with the responses. From 4:30 to 7:30 in the evening we take calls from the students. We clarify their doubts about the job market, provide tips and inputs on how to deal with the interviews, we help students to learn the technologies at Industry level standards. We assure them to prepare in a way they can at least reach the first step of their career ladder and then further climb up with hard work. 4. What are the future goals of Job Adda Australia?
Mr Sanju : In less than 1 year Job Adda Australia has successfully mentored 55 candidates to obtain their desired profile in the IT industry. We will continue to extend our support to students in kick starting their career. We are also venturing into mechanical and civil jobs. We will continue to offer our services free, requesting the job seekers to donate an amount to help us stand by orphan kids as we extend the donated amount for the betterment of those underprivileged ones.
