1. Why did you venture into home loan mortgage broking services?

Mr. Rajiv : I’ll be honest with you, I had several reasons for getting into it. First of all, I used to see this field as a great match to my strengths and personality. I’ve always been a leader in my circles, talking to and advising people coupled with my craze for properties And personal spaces. Ever since I’ve started, I am enjoying the role, and the responsibility it carries. What’s more, I’ve always dreamed of having a big impact, and in order to have a real impact–in any organization or community, you need to have a managerial position. What’s more, I have big plans with this company. And I cannot wait to see what loan exhibition’s future has in store for me.

2. State some experiences of the time you started your business?

Mr. Rajiv : What I personally believe is that starting a business is not one big decision. Rather it’s a hundred small decisions. The three most common challenges small businesses face are a lack of capital, a narrow client base, and insufficient marketing strategies. As a business owner, it is easy to feel overwhelmed by each of these scenarios. And I was in the same place for quite a while. But besides that, it was my knowledge in the field and my promise to deliver the best that kept me going and brought me here. There’s still so much to learn and I am in that process while making sure I provide the best possible service to my clients.

3. Which part of your work do you like the most?

Mr. Rajiv : I truly understand the importance of home in a person’s life. And to help people find the best deals and loans for the place they’re going to call “home” brings me immense joy. Running your own business is to be your own boss. Other benefits include flexibility, financial rewards, the opportunity to innovate, and a chance to impact your community. Another good thing about this business is that you get to connect to people from different walks of life and build networks. Making money doing what I love keeps me going through thicks and thins.

4. Any suggestions for the new entrants in your line of business?

Mr Rajiv : From my perspective , Customer service and customer experience are major focuses of the most successful businesses. The first step is creating products and services that customers want. But focusing on customers goes beyond your products and services. Customers are tired of dealing with companies through phone menus and automated chat bots.

5. How do you keep yourself motivated?

Mr Rajiv : Staying motivated at work can be challenging at times, but when you have a motivation strategy (or several), you can increase your engagement . Several strategies that personally work really well for me to keep myself motivated during the highs and specially the lows of my job are : setting reward systems for myself, Considering and pondering upon the impact that I and my work may have on the community, Using time management skills and prioritising important tasks effectively and last but not the least , reminding myself that I am the IN CHARGE.
