NSW,(TIE) : Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has hinted at some of the potential rewards reluctant Aussies could score if they get vaccinated against coronavirus.

The treasurer and Lieutenant General John Frewen, the head of Australia’s Covid-19 taskforce, met with industry leaders today to discuss how business could assist with the vaccine rollout.

“A number of businesses raised some interesting and exciting ideas about how they can put their resources to work,” Treasurer Josh Frydenberg said.

“Airlines were talking about frequent flyer points and other benefits, for example … I think it is more than a snag at Bunnings.”

This is where Australia’s Covid-19 outbreak stands: NSW has 357 cases, Queensland has 34 cases, the Northern Territory has 10 cases, Western Australia has six cases and South Australia has six cases.
